Luxury annex

With a Luxury Annex from A.N. Holiday homes you get a compact & modern solution to your holiday home dreams. Choose the style, size & interior that suits you and your family. At A.N. Holiday homes, we are ready to help realize your visions. You can choose between different furnishing solutions, make design decisions and adapt your Annex / Tiny House to your taste.

The luxury annex is furnished with both a kitchen and a toilet. Space has been made for a well-used loft in several of the models. Then if you need an annex that is furnished so that all corners are utilized and that can be used by the whole family as well as guests, then this is the solution.All our annexes are approved for BR18 for holiday homes and can be used all year round.

If you want to use an annex as an extension or in a detached house area, we can upgrade it according to the applicable regulations. Insulation in our annexes can easily be called “year-round insulation”, as it is easy to heat all year round. Our annexes are built by us and delivered with a crane, so you get rid of the construction mess in the garden.

We can also assemble it in modules on the site if it is not possible to hoist it in. When buying a semi-detached house, you must do the interior yourself. The annex comes assembled and ready for you to complete it yourself. It is insulated and finished with an obs plate on the walls, floor and ceiling.

With a classic Annex from A.N. Holiday homes give you a compact & modern solution for more space in the garden. Choose the style, size & interior that suits you and your family. Should M2 or measurements not suit your plot or wishes, please contact us for changes.

We can build your new annex precisely to the measurements and the size you want. At A.N. Holiday homes, we are ready to help you realize your visions. Our classic annexes are made with a flat roof, and sedum can be placed on the roof if desired.

If you want more space for the teenager or need extra space for guests in the summer house, then an annex is the solution. All our annexes are approved for BR18 summer houses. Our annexes are built by us and delivered with a crane, so you get rid of the construction mess in the garden.

No, we make both plain concrete foundations and screw foundations

We are building the Skagen model in Vordingborg, which will be completed around April/May 2022

Do you have any exhibition allotment houses?

No. But we can point to several that we have built that you can see from the outside.

Do you also build the islands throughout Denmark?

Yes, we do, but there is a slight increase in the price of the islands.
